Adidas: Six-Month Buying Plan

For this project collaboration Lily Braun, Kate Howell, Victoria Jurenka, and myself created a six-month buying plan for Adidas. Our tasks included an in-depth exploration of both the market landscape and the brand itself, aimed at grasping the brand's essence and objectives. Using the information gathered, our next step included an analysis of Adidas' annual report data, allowing us to produce a precise and well-informed Buying plan.
